FORM OF CONSUMPTION
It can be consumed directly, stewed for a few minutes with vegetables or battered. Cut into slices and fry with garlic and parsley until golden brown.
Chopped it is an exquisite complement in pasta or cereal dishes.

Water, wheat flour*, wheat gluten*, shoyu* (water, soybeans, wheat, sea salt, and koji (ferment)), tamari* (water, soybeans, sea salt, Mikawa mirin (rice fermented), koji (ferment)), kombu seaweed*, ginger* and garlic*.
Liquid coverage: water, shoyu* and sea salt (*from organic farming).
It may contain traces of mustard.
